joann and family: you don't know me but mike was my best friend as kids growing up on grove street.there were 3 of us-mike, me and matt butler, the threesome from grove street!! I moved from mechanicville in 1964 due to job relocation and am now living in jenison, michigan. unfortunately, when that happens, you lose contact with your previous friends. we had a lot of great memories as kids such as playing baseball at the assumption field and being yelled at by mikes grandfather every time the ball landed in his garden. we had great times together and the 3 of us had great memories as kids growing up. I get the express and was shocked to read of his passing.
