Obituary for Nancy M. Rosko (DiDomenico)
STILLWATER - Nancy Rosko, 99, longtime resident of Stillwater, NY died peacefully at Schuyler Ridge facility on September 30, 2022. Born in Mechanicville on May 10, 1923, daughter of the late Joseph and Elvina Viscusi DiDomenico, she was a Mechanicville High School graduate in 1941.
Nancy worked at the Grand Union distribution warehouse in Waterford for many years, and in her earlier years at Cluett and Peabody in Troy, NY. Along with also being a dedicated homemaker, Nancy immensely enjoyed her beautiful yard of flowers, trees and wildlife. She was a true animal lover who made a wonderful home for many dogs and cats over the years. We'll always remember Mister, Fluff, Jack, Jill and Lucky, to name just a few over the years.
She was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, John J. Rosko in 2017, her sister and brother-in-law Carmella and Carl Calicchia, as well as her brother and sister-in-law John and Rose DiDomenico. Survivors include several nieces and nephews who will forever cherish beautiful memories of her spunk and warm smile.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday Oct 11th from 10-11AM at All Saints on the Hudson Church (St. Paul’s), 121 N Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM, followed by burial at Saratoga National Cemetery.
