Obituary for June M. Ardziewicz

MECHANICVILLE - June Kuscsik Ardziewicz, 76, of West St, Riverside, sadly died Easter Sunday morning, Apr 17th at her home, of natural causes.
Born in Troy, July 5, 1945, daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia Legnante Kuscsik, she attended Mechanicville Schools. June had last worked for Parts Unlimited of Ballston Spa, and previously had worked for Galante Paper and Crestline Windows both of Mechanicville.
A member of the Mechanicville-Stillwater Senior Citizens, June enjoyed shopping, and had taken care of her pet Parrot, a female named Sam, until his death at the ripe age of over 70. She attended church at All Saints on the Hudson in Stillwater.
She was predeceased by her well known amateur photographer husband Walt in 2018, also her sister Virginia Rose Wood.
Survivors include her son Juan Jose (Patricia Lasher) Ardziewicz of Cohoes, Patricia’s daughter Malina Braendor, her sister Darlene (Ernest) Martin Sr. of Stillwater, and brothers Joseph and Terry Kuscsik both of Florida, along with nieces and nephews and in-laws.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday AM at 10 AM at All Saints on the Hudson Church (St. Peter’s) 895 Hudson Ave, Stillwater with burial to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Waterford.
Calling hours at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St, Mechanicville on Wednesday from 5-7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to wither the American Heart or American Diabetes Assoc. in memory of June Kuscsik Ardziewicz.
