Obituary for Anthony E. Zennaiter

Anthony E. Zennaiter, 75, died Tuesday, Apr 6th at Saratoga Hospital, after a
succumbing to a sudden illness.Born in Mechanicville, Sept 16, 1945, son of the late Joseph and Dorothy Blizzard Zennaiter, Sr.,
Anthony was educated in the Mechanicville School system.For most
of his life, "Ant" was a self-employed residential painter, always pleasing his
employers with his efficiency and cleanliness, and getting the job done.
Ant loved all animals, particularly cats and had many feline pets over the
course of of his life. Anthony also enjoyed socializing with the locals of
Mechanicville during his daily walks thru the City, having coffee at McDonalds
and playing his numbers at Stewart's. He loved his old movies such as The Bells
of St. Mary's, Going My Way, any old Christmas movie as well as the John Wayne
western's.
Survivors include his two adult children:Carrie (Michael) Smith of Stillwater and John
Zennaiter of Stillwater, an adored grandson Cody Zennaiter, his sisters Joanna
Zennaiter and Carmen Ann Esposito and brother Joseph Zennaiter, Jr, also nieces
and nephews Joey, Michael, Debbie and Dorothy Ann, along with several grand
nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Anthony was predeceased by his sister-in-law Marie Zennaiter.
Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.
Remembrances may be made to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, County Farm Rd, Ballston Spa
