Obituary for Lynn A. Bullard

MALTA - Miss Lynn A. Bullard, 70 of the former Round Lake Airport, died Saturday, Aug 3rd at The Grand at Guilderland Nursing Ctr, after a brief illness.
Born in Ballston Spa, Nov 13th, 1948, she was daughter of the late Marjorie Lavery of Round Lake and the late Doug Bullard of Hyannis Port, Ma.
Lynn was a longtime mail sorter for the US Postal Service in Albany. After retiring she had been an over the road truck driver and had also worked at Boscov’s.
Loving all animals and especially horses, she had been a member of the Halfmoon Riding Club, Lynn enjoyed camping and canoeing, and the independent life she lived.
She was a person who marched to her own drum, and you either accepted it or forget it.
Survivors include her siblings: Barry (Mary Zeppetelli) Barber of Clifton Park, Peter (Cathy) Barber of California, Patrick Barber of Florida and Joyce (Jim) Floud of Halfmoon, nieces and nephews, especially her beloved niece Stephanie Barber, sister in laws Leona Rubino and Dale Sobieski, and several great nieces and nephews.
Lynn was also predeceased by her brothers Brian and Michael Barber.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday from 4-6 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances would be encouraged to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter, County Farm Rd, Ballston Spa, 12020.
