TROY - Linda J. Williams, 73, of 8th Street, died Friday, November 16th, at Ellis Hospital after being stricken a short time prior. A native of Troy, born December 3, 1944, daughter of Harold and Beverly Peabody, Linda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Highgate Manor of Rensselaer for a number of years.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Lollie Edward Williams, her children Beverly (Dave) Holdridge, Wendy (Mike) Davey, Bobbiejean Williams and Naomi Wilkinson(Wilie Leak) all of Troy, siblings Diane(Tom) Piternak, Cheryl(Johnny) Morgan, Victoria(Frank) Michaels, Terri Hill, Jim Peabody and Mark Peabody, 19 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was predeceased by children Linda Williams, Eddie Williams and Tammy Arrington, great grandchildren Eryk Carrera and Anthony Wilkinson, III, and siblings Brian and Michael Peabody.
