MALTA - James Peter Constantine, 49, passed away tragically Thursday, Nov 8th at his home. Born in Saratoga Springs, Oct 15, 1969, son of Paul Constantine of Malta and the late Joan Becker Constantine.
Jim worked as a state guard at the 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia. Prior to that, he worked in security forces as a staff sergeant at the 109th, serving for more than 12 years. He was a laid back kinds guy, with a great sense of humor and always a story to tell. Jim was a kind, supportive and loving father to his two daughters.
Survivors in addition to his father include his wife Stacy, whom he married in 2001, daughters Miranda and Shayla. Brother Paul (Kim) Constantine of Fairport NY and sister Dawn (Rob) Lutz of Ballston Spa and niece Grace Kuczinski of Albany, along with friends, including the people he worked with at Stratton.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 7 PM at American Legion Post 91, 427 So. Main St. Mechanicville. Calling hours at the So. Main St. Legion on Tuesday from 4-7 PM.
