Obituary for Marie C. Price (Bochette)

MECHANICVILLE - Marie Bochette Price, 76, died Tuesday morning, May 1st, after an extended illness, in the safety of her home.
A native and lifelong resident of Mechanicville, born May 6th, 1941, she was the last remaining child of the late Edward and Louise Izzo Bochette.
Marie was a homemaker, who over the years was a self employed housekeeper, and had worked at Barclays and Tagson’s Paper Co. She was a member of All Saints on the Hudson Church.
Marie’s life was all about her children, being the best Mema to her beloved grandchildren and three precious great grandchildren.
Survivors include her five children: Richard “Rick” and Katie McBride of Stillwater, Lorraine and Dana Jordan, Ray and Dr. Petra Price, Tammy Hatalsky and Jessica (Chris Bigec) Price all of Mechanicville. Her adored grandchildren: Sarina Jordan, Amber (Chris) Plue, Christopher and Nathan Hatalsky, Ricky McBride, Devin Price, Adrianna Price and Ryan Robbins, along with great grandkids Hailie, Payton and Maezie Marie. Also husband Raymond Price, Sr, sister-in-law Jeannie Bochette of Ohio, many nieces and nephews and their families.
Marie was predeceased by sisters Louise Daignault, Theresa Bourdeau, Rose Fremont, Florence Amodeo, Philomena Hipwell, Carmina Forino and Bertha Morrison and brothers Salvadore, James, Edward, Louis and Joseph Bochette.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 9 AM at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 North Main St., Mechanicville. Burial in the Bochette Family lot in St. Paul’s Cemetery.
Calling hours at the North Main Street Church on Thursday from 4-7 PM.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 1 Marcus Blvd, Suite 104, Albany, 12205, in loving memory of Marie C. Price.
