STILLWATER - Harriet Simmons Arnold, 80, of County Route 76, died peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, August 26th.
Born in Halfmoon, June 8, 1937, daughter of the late George and Kathleen Simmons, Harriet worked at the deli at Pricechopper Markets of Mechanicville and Malta. Previously for years she worked at the Dunkin Donuts of Latham
She enjoyed long rides and dining out with family and friends.
Survivors include her son Mark Silloway of Stillwater, grandchildren Angel, Brandee and Dominick, 2 great grandsons, brother George Simmons of Troy and sister Mae Huneau of So. Carolina, along with many nieces, nephews and their families
Harriet was predeceased by a number of siblings.
A gathering at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 So. Main St., Mechanicville will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 5th from 4-5 PM., with burial to follow in Hudson View Cemetey.
Remembrances may be made to a charity of one’s choice in memory of Harriet Simmons Arnold.
