MECHANICVILLE - Diana J. Orologio, 78, of Ushers Rd., passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday, July 27th after a brief illness. Diana loved spending time with her family, hosting family gatherings, cooking Sunday dinners and making her garden look beautiful. She was infamous for her annual Christmas Eve Party. Diana was passionate about helping and caring for family and friends. She enjoyed working in the kitchen cafeteria at Stillwater and Shenendehowa Central Schools. Most of her life she spent as a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Thomas Orologio, son Thomas C. Orologio, daughter Denise Orologio (Michael Desmond), her 7 grandchildren; Daniel Palmieri, Jessica Thomas (Ian Thomas), Nicole Orologio (Ryan Houlihan), Jason Palmieri, Meagan Orologio (Bob Gleeson), Katie Orologio (Adam Vinik), Steven Orologio. Also, three great grandchildren: Tory, Cameron and Jordyn. She was predeceased by her mother, Thelma Powers, her brother Howard Keefer and niece Christine Murray.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-7PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home, 39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118. A Funeral Service will be held at 10AM on Tuesday, August 1st at the funeral home with burial to follow in Stillwater Union Cemetery.
